Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify your benefits.
I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
- What is my copay?

If I am not in network with your insurance plan my rate is $150.00 to $180.00 per 45 minutes session.
A certain amount of reduced fee spots is available to utilize Out of Network Benefits.
I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
A 24-hour cancellation policy will apply. Any appointment missed, late cancelled, or changed without 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.
Any late arrival will shorten your appointment time and will not be made up by running into the next client’s scheduled appointment.
